SO Rowan had a pretty bad day at Taekwando. He had trouble paying attention, and after acting out had to sit down for part of the class. Of course I did the wrong thing and yelled at him in the car. So a new plan is needed.
First thing is to concentrate on, well, concentrating. We are going to practice sitting and being still - while things are going on around us.
Next, get more information. I've started reading a book, "Driven to Distraction". It was highly recommended on Amazon, and I think it will be OK even though I've just read one chapter.
Next is to look around for some help. Perhaps the Alexander Institute or if I'm lucky something closer.
